Macwester Rowan 22 foot Yacht

With much regret I am looking for a new owner for my 1975 build Macwester Rowan yacht. Appledorebelle. Lots of sails and a good working Yanmar 1 GM10 engine (itself worth near the asking price!) . Several optional spares including VHF radio and Autohelm I just can not keep putting my hand into my pockets to pay the various fees now, as she has not been off the mooring for 3 years .
