Fitting Out Supper with a speaker from NCI

There will be excellent food from Culinary Affair, Mark Farley, there will be an interesting talk by Andy Curtis from the National Coastwatch Institution, Ramehead, about their work and the support they provide for sailors and also a fund raising raffle for NCI.

We do hope many members will come to enjoy an evening of each others good company and an excellent meal which for some might be well deserved after a busy day with the village events.

The menu is;

Mains;

Pan seared sea bass, lemon and chive butter and parmesan crisp

Spring onion creamed potatoes.

Or

Pan seared chicken breast with a cajun cream sauce, sautéed new potatoes, roasted vegetables.

Veggie option;

Sweet potato and aubergine cumin tagine finished with lemon and coriander couscous with arlic flat bread.

Desserts

Caramelised apple and cinnamon crumble, custard.

Or

Individual lemon posset with short bread biscuit.

Cost, £22.00 per person, please book by emailing social@cargreenyacht.club by April 18thgiving you choice of main course and desert and any food allergies. Payment will be on the night at the bar.

NB if you book but then find your not able to attend you must cancel 72 hours before or we will have to charge for the meal.

NB 2 the raffle will be cash only so please have some with you if you would like to support the NCI.
