Fitting Out Supper & Talk on Saturday 15th April

Come and join us at Cargreen Yacht Club for this April Supper and after dinner talk.

Chef: Mark Farley from Culinary Affair, Saltash. (Cooked for us on the St Piran's supper).

Main course

- Paprika chicken breast, chorizo infused potatoes, roasted peppers and rocket,

Finished with tomato and basil sauce

- Baked feta slab with garlic and oregano, served with chunky ratatouille and thyme roasted potatoes

Dessert

- Sticky toffee loaf with Chantilly cream and warm toffee sauce

- Vanilla panacotta, caramelized meringue wild berry sauce and poached

Strawberry's

Cost £21.50 pp. (This includes the cost of the food plus any expenses incurred by the social team)
